Yikes. My wife and I were in Cocoa to watch the rocket launch and we popped into Pelican's for dinner. The place was less than half full but it still took forever to get a waitress after we were seated. The drinks took forever to get to the table. The menu is incredibly limited and the portions are very small. I got a fish sandwich that was completely devoid of any flavor and over cooked. I was still hungry afterwards and was tempted to eat the lemons on my plate. On the bright side, the hostess was nice, and our waitress was polite. I want to say I would give this place another shot in the future, but it wasn't just "bad timing" that made our experience bad. It was "anytime" things, like the limited menu and the portion sizes. I think this would be a cool place to hang out in, at the bar, just for drinks.

So this is one of the restaurants at the Bay Point Marriott Golf Resort and Spa. We stayed there this past weekend and had a great time actually. Around 5pm we headed out to Limes which is located in the middle of a long dock between the shore and a sandbar/island area as part of the hotel. Great place for a walk and drinks around sunset. The food is "ok" but nothing special aside from typical bar fair, maybe a little better. The service was fine but it's definitely off season here. They have music but it was a DJ playing oldies which frankly was a bit odd, but I let it slide and upon talking to the waiter he said it's usually a lot better, especially during high season (Mid Feb and on). But the drinks were good! The appetizers were good too. (Chips and guacamole and salsa)...it was fresh and very tasty. We were going to grab some dinner there but they closed at 6pm!!! Kind of was a downer as we were ready to hang out and drink/eat for a while but again, it's off season so we let it slide. It is a great place to watch the sunset though, that's for sure....just amazing (see picture). We also liked that you could smoke out there. Enjoying a nice cigar while on vacation and having a cold drink really made the moment as the sun was going down. Will definitely go back when at the MBP but it's just your basic tiki bar outdoor type place on the water, nothing overly special but nice to have and hang out at with a cold drink....

Stayed at the Wyndham Resort and was referred to try out this little shack down on the beach for a beer and snacks. After walking down there 3 days in a row, this place was NEVER open. Not sure if they just decide to close whenever, or if they just decided not to open this week. Either way, advertise it! Very disappointed.

Really had bad luck with this place. Brought the in-laws that were visiting and the menu was more of a lunch menu. They don't have coors lite, they don't have splendid, their drinks were very weak even when ordering a double. Overall come for a quick lunch, but not for anything nice and stick to beer!

Atmosphere was very pleasant. A singer performed laid back tunes. Guacamole and grouper sandwiches tasted fresh. Server was friendly and welcome. Great view of the bay, too. I'd recommend to others looking for a peaceful, easy evening out.

Great place for a cold drink and watching the sunset. You are outside, like a little island bar. Most evenings they have live music. Great atmosphere! ! And that's what your going for. Food is just kinda snack stuff.

Watching the sunset from pier was gorgeous, and the fish tacos were delicious. Our waitress was very friendly and ran our son's pacifier halfway down the pier to us after we left it on the table. When in Panama, we will be back!

I visited this restaurant about 4yrs ago and had a great experience . The place just didn't have the same charm 2nd time around . The scenery is beautiful the food is so so. Nothing special on menu!

They need more people working. We had to wait a loooong time before they finally even acknowledged our existence. Also, if you are allergic or sensitive to cigarette smoke, be warned that people are apparently allowed to smoke there. The boiled shrimp was good, but couldn't really enjoy it due to the strong cigarette smoke. IMO the drinks aren't strong enough.

After an unsuccessful fishing trip. Which happens often with me. This place is the best to dock the boat up, and get a drink and some food. A little pricey, but that's expected with the view and the ambiance

We were playing golf at the Mariott's Bay Point Nicklaus course when we heard music coming from Lime's...We decided to stop in for a drink at sunset. Adam P. pretty much nailed the review I would have written. However, my review is for a May visit. They will be open til 8pm. til Labor Day, I believe. Also, there was an entertainer who was quite good. I think the entertainment changes nightly. The food was typical bar food. The prices weren't bad and you can't beat the view. The service was very good, also. It is a very long walk on a pier to arrive at this place. If you have a handicap person in your party, they will pick you up in a double seated golf cart. I know this because the party next to our table, had brought their elderly parents. I will definitely go back because I loved the music and the view.
